----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------October 2014 newsletter

Dear RSRT Members and Potential Members,

Our new membership year is underway and we enjoyed an interactive presentation by Melissa Fromm, MS Ed. on Team Building at Septemberís meeting. It was quite entertaining! The newest Board members were also sworn in. Welcome to President, Jim Fromm; Vice President, Christine Tomasino; and President-Elect, Chris Giardina. Welcome back to Treasure, Al Shanks; Recording Secretary, Lisa Silver; and Corresponding Secretary, Mary Belmont. We send best wishes to Rebecca Turner, Art Pavone, and Ben Lewis. Thank you for your service to our board and to the entire organization!

The next RSRT meeting is scheduled for Tuesday evening, October 21, 2014 in the auditorium below the new cafeteria at Unity Hospital. Easiest access is through the employee entrance. Please join us at 5:30 for registration and refreshments. The lecture will begin at 6:00 pm. Brianna Fennessey, RPA, will be speaking on ďThe Meaning of Lab Values,Ē which has been approved for 1 CE credit.

If you havenít already done so, please fill out the membership form (attached) and bring it to the meeting along with your membership dues. You will notice that there is also an option to pay per credit hour if you donít want to commit to full membership. However, this option does not come with voting privileges, nor does it provide the cost-effectiveness that the full membership does.

Spread the word among your colleagues. We hope to see you on the 21st!

Sincerely,
Your RSRT Board
